The Indian Air Force published the AFCAT 1 2024 Notification on December 1, 2023. A total of 317 posts have been released for Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches in online mode for the course commencing in January 2025. The AFCAT 1 2024 online registration begins from December 1 to 30, 2023, at careerindianairforce.cdac.in or afcat.cdac.in.

All the eligible candidates should submit the correct details in the AFCAT 1 2024 application form to avoid cancellation of their candidature. All the graduate candidates who are 20 years or above can apply for this recruitment process.

• Admit Card – 30 January 2024
• Exam Date –  16, 17 and 18 February 2024

Application Fee

• ₹550/- (not applicable for NCC special entry)
• The examination fee can be paid using credit/ debit cards/ net banking through the payment gateway.

Age Limit as on 01/01/2025

• Minimum age –Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch-20 years
• Maximum age–Flying Branch-24 years and Ground Duty (Tech & Non-Tech)-26 years
• Age relaxation extra as per state government rules.
